Previously at the International Port of Catoosa, Oklahoma. the new facility will increase manufacturing capacity. Construction of the new 45,000 sq ft facility has been completed, with 3,000 sq. ft office space. The following information is presented solely as a reference to the previous location, and will be updated, along with photos.  We are currently  working on a new shop survey with complete equipment and Bay information soon to be released


Pipe Shop Fabrication Capabilities


  • 42,000 sq ft manufacturing plant, with plans to expand  shop operations to 180,000 sq ft to meet future demand.

  • Capacity Per Month— Single Shift

    • 750 - 1000 spools

  • Bay 1— 65 ft by 300 ft

  • Bay 2— 65 ft by 300 ft

  • (3)   5 TON Overhead Cranes

  • (2) 10 TON Overhead Cranes

  • Column and jib cranes at work stations

  • Automated robotic welding equipment

  • Inventory of standard stock material on-site which is in designated enterprise zone

  • Materials: Ferrous and Non-ferrous materials of multiple types

             
Engineering

  • Preparation of detail drawings from customer ISO specifications to C.A.D shop spool drawings


Welder Qualifications, Weld Procedures 

  • FCAW, GMAW, SAW, and GTAW

  • Welder qualified to ASME Code 

 

Cutting and Bevel Preparation:


  • Large bore capacity: Plasma cutting equipment, Band Saw, Abrasive Cut-Off, CNC pipe cutting and profiling equipment. 

Fabrication Standards

  • ASME “U”and ”S” Stamps.

  • Code Standards: B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, API-1104 & AGA.


Non Destructive Testing

  • Magnetic Particle

  • Dye Penetrant

  • Radio-graphic Testing (RT)

  • UT

  • Hydro-static testing Intermediate weld testing

  • Material Verification Equipment
